
JAM Deluxe Associate make-up artists and styling
Jam Deluxe – or Jaysam and Michael as we like to call them are a London based company founded in 2011 by Jaysam Barbosa and Michael Szostek, offering a truly bespoke service of Hair Styling, Make-Up, Costume Design and Production as well as Photography for Fashion, Portrait, Events, Bridal, TV and Film.
Jaysam is Central St. Martin’s College graduate. He has worked for various beauty brands such as Lancôme, MAC, By Terry and Marc Jacobs Beauty in the past decade including 5 years on the BAFTA red carpet.
Michael is a qualified Hair Stylist from Poland and successfully works as a Freelancer. He brings his years of industry experience in photo-shoots and hair shows, to provide everything from classic looks to avant garde. Michael also demonstrates his resourcefulness by becoming a self-taught photo-retoucher for Jam Deluxe.
As soon as Jaysam and Michael met, their combined skills became the formula of a great new venture. Influenced by their interests in the Arts, Fashion and Culture, they continue to challenge themselves to come up with new concepts and develop their skills as individuals and creatives.

Melanie Gail Associate photographer
Melanie is a professional photographer and actress living in South East London.
What began as a hobby of taking pictures backstage swiftly became a thriving business of art, creativity and love for Melanie.
Her body of work includes actor portraits, live event photography, editorials, theatre show artwork, album covers, professional website packages and weddings. Melanie’s versatility is an incredible asset to Carte Blanche Production as she is able to complement any type of project we embark on and offers beautiful images that are genuine works of art.

Geronimo Boy Associate Technical Director
Geronimo Boy is a film director and photographer, brought up in a guitar shop on Denmark street.
Related to one of the first ‘travelling’ photographers in UK and the English mafia godfather of New York, Owney ‘Killer’ Madden. As a Film Director Josh has won multiple awards from LIA’s to Lovie Awards. Geronimo was also brought up in a house of dancers, ballerinas and musicians which has drawn him to using dance as a regular go to theme in his work.
Geronimo is the founder of Thunderdance Film Festival and Jam Flicks Production House in London.

Galatia Savva Cyprus Relations
Galatia is a Cypriot dancer and choreographer.
She graduated from Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance in London and since emerging on the dance scene she has had her fingers in many pies – from engagements with contemporary dance companies such as Watkins Dance and Tavaziva Dance Company in London, to ballet contracts with the National Ballet of Cyprus and the Balletto di Toscana in Florence.
Galatia has also worked on a great deal of commercial productions in the form on music videos, TV commercials and she was also part of a girl band!
Since relocating back to Cyprus is 2013, she has been busy creating choreographic work and tutoring Ballet, Contemporary and Commercial dance as well as being a resident choreographer and coach for the Lefkosia Youth Ballet Company, a no-profit organisation she is also the Vice President of.
Galatia has many passions extending beyond dance, including make-up and travel. She is a trained make-up and special effects artist and runs her own very successful travel website documenting her adventures around the world. Most recently, she conceived her own online travel show, in collaboration with the Deputy Ministry of Tourism in Cyprus.

Monika Lepistö Italy Relations
Born in Rome, Italy Monika began her dance training at prestigious schools such as the Scuola del Teatro dell’Opera di Roma and Accademia Nazionale di Danza and later perfected her skills at the English National Ballet School in London.
During her time in London, Monika worked with choreographers such as Derek Deane, Anthony Dowson, Mary Skeaping, Micheal Corder to name but a few, performing their works both in the UK and on international tours.
Monika later relocated back to her hometown and joined the Balletto di Roma, where she performed soloist roles in contemporary and neoclassical productions by choreographers Fabrizio Monteverde, Mario Piazza, Massimiliano Volpini, Itamar Serussi, Chris Haring, Alessandro Sciarroni, Milena Zullo and Paolo Mangiola.
Now a very successful freelancer, Monika was recently featured on Italian National TV channel Rai1 on Danza Con Me alongside international ballet star Roberto Bolle and many more notable artists. Prior to this, Monika performed with English National Ballet for their production of Cinderella by Christopher Wheeldon at the Royal Albert Hall and was invited by choreographer Johan Kobborg to perform alongside Sergei Polunin and Alina Cojocaru in his special production of Romeo&Giulietta at the Arena di Verona.

Rachel Ensor Ireland Relations
Born in Dublin, Rachel is a wonderfully eclectic musical theatre performer and creative.
Her professional career both in London’s West End and abroad includes hit shows such as Phantom of the Opera, We Will Rock You, Cats, Bodyguard the Musical, West Side Story, Dirty Dancing, Phantom of the Opera and a few more!
While Rachel is a classically trained dancer who has performed with Cork City Ballet, her TV and screen career is also rather notable. This includes The Alan Titchmarsh Show (ITV), Children in Need (BBC), Sports Relief.
To add yet another string to her bow, in 2012 Rachel took part in the Olympic Opening Ceremony in London.
Rachel’s infallible eye and attention to detail is second to none and she is an incredibly valuable asset to Carte Blanche Production.
